Sensing the importance of the Mediterranean diet, the children followed this family tradition and in the 80's they achieved, with the Albatros restaurant in Imperia, the prestigious recognition of the Michelin Star.

Subsequently the idea was born to found this artisan company to carry on the father's work of combining authenticity and wholesomeness of nutrition with the unique flavors of Mediterranean products and to make everyone taste a quality product.
